  • What online marketplaces or stores do you support?

    We use Authorize.Net to integrate with a variety of online marketplaces and online stores including GunBroker, GearFire, AmmoReady, Shopify, WooCommerce and other custom websites.

  • Why did Paypal, Square or Stripe hold my funds from my gun sale?

    Paypal, Square and Stripe prohibit the sale of guns, ammo and other related FFL items. If they determine that you used your account with them to accept payment for a gun or FFL related item, they will hold your funds for 6 months months or permanently and close your account. We specialize in FFL related businesses and we work with banks that accept gun related transactions without holding your funds. 

  • What types of businesses do you support?

    We provide tailored payment solutions for businesses of all sizes, from small local shops to large enterprises, ensuring seamless transactions and reliable support. We specialize in FFL and FFL related businesses.


    We can set up storefront, home-based and online FFL related businesses with NO high risk fees.

  • Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?

    We maintain transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We’ll provide a clear breakdown upfront.

  • Can I integrate your system with my existing POS hardware or eCommerce store?

    Yes, our solutions are compatible with a wide range of POS devices and eCommerce platforms including Gunbroker Gearfire, and AmmoReady.  We assist with smooth integration to minimize downtime.

  • What kind of customer support do you offer?

    When you establish your account, unlike large corporations, we provide you with our personal cell phone numbers where you can reach us outside of standard support hours should you have any technical or account related issues.


    In addition, our team provides personalized, ongoing support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve issues quickly and keep your business running. Our normal support hours are 9am-6pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We also have a 24/7 after hours tech support team to help with issues outside of our normal support hours.

  • What about home-based FFL's?

    We absolutely can set you up. As long as you have a valid FFL and a bank account, you are good to go.

  • What is the cost of EPIC Simple Zero to my business?

    On our EPIC Zero Plan you only pay a monthly service fee as low as $9.99 based on the equipment you choose. The customer pays your processing fees. 


    We have other equipment and software available for additional fees including gateways, wifi evices, wireless devices, mobile readers and POS equipment. Contact us for more details.

  • Should I choose EPIC Simple Zero or EPIC Interchange Plus?

    EPIC Interchange Plus is a traditional plan where the merchant pays the fees at the end of the month. EPIC Simple Zero is where you pay 0% and the customer pays processing fees. You only pay the monthly fee as low as $9.99 based on the equipment you choose.

  • What if I want a POS or different equipment from what is included?

    We have Clover POS equipment, EPIC POS equipment, wireless devices, wifi devices , mobile and other countertop devices available. We may be able to offer these free-on-loan or for an additional amount. Please see our activation page or contact us for more information.

  • How quickly can I start processing payments?

    Most accounts can be set up within one business day. Authorize.Net or website accounts can take additional time if certain required items are not listed on your website.

  • Do you offer mobile payment solutions?

    Yes, we provide tap-to-pay apps and mobile card readers that allow you to accept payments anywhere, supporting your business on the go.

  • Why is EPIC Merchant Systems different from other payment providers?

    EPIC is Veteran and family owned and operated. We founded EPIC to assist FFL related and Veteran-owned businesses in navigating the payment industry. 

  • I thought Clover specifically does not allow firearms related sales? How are you able to provide my business with Clover equipment?

    Clover does not use banks that work with firearms related businesses and therefore will not allow you to set up a merchant account directly. 


    We are able to utilize the Clover equipment while using our own FFL friendly banks. This allows us to give firearms and FFL-related businesses the ability to use Clover terminals and Clover POS equipment. Clover also gives you the ability to integrate with Fastbound.

  • How do I get started with EPIC Merchant Systems?

  • How long does it take to receive funds after accepting a payment?

    Most deposits arrive 2-3 business days after a sale is processed. Next day funding is also available to most businesses.

  • Can you beat my current pricing?

    Yes, if you are already accepting payments and are interested in a custom pricing offer, please contact us. We can match or beat any other pricing. 

  • Do you integrate with FastBound?

    Yes. We offer Clover equipment that provides an app integration for FastBound. Contact us for more information.

  • What if I need an Authorize.net Gateway for my website, GunBroker, GearFire, AmmoReady, Shopify or WooCommerce store?

    Authorize.net charges a separate fee of $15 a month and $0.10 per transaction. We can set the Authorize.net account up for you.

  • What does the customer pay with EPIC Simply Zero?

    The customer pays 3.5%** on our simply zero plan. 



    **However, if you are already accepting cards, this amount can be reduced based on monthly volume and/or card acceptance method. Contact us for details.
